Roshnik Village wine tasting activity and tour

The village of Roshnik in south-central Albania – about 25 minutes from the city of Berat – offers a good opportunity to immerse ourselves in wine growing. During the tour we will visit viewpoints in the hills to enjoy the scenery of the vineyards, walking among the vines. We visit the Alpeta winery, which produces not only wine but also raki brandy. The Pules grape, which is used for Albanian white wines, is typical of this area. The excursion departs from Berat.

Wine tasting tour of Durres and Lalzi Bay

Another Albanian wine tasting tour departs from Tirana. In addition to a guided tour of the town of Dürres, with its wonderful Roman amphitheatre, you can enjoy a tasting of local wines and food against the backdrop of the bay of Lazli. The excursion also takes us to the Duka wine cellar and vineyards, and to the Skanderbeg castle on the cape of Rodon.

Enjoy the wines of Albania during your trip. You will discover a tradition linked to the Albanian past.
